Wash plush throw pillows
1. First, check whether the plush pillow has a logo indicating how to clean it. Some will say whether it can be machine washed, whether it can be hand washed, or dry cleaning, etc.
2. Then disassemble. Some are those plush jackets with zippers, which are easier to handle. Take out the inner core and handle the inner core and outer jacket separately. If there is no zipper, my old mother is more ruthless, and cuts a straight on the side and takes out the inner core. After washing, sew the sides with needle and thread.
3. The rayon or down with the inner core has a lot of mites. It is best to dry it in the sun. It is best to put it in a black plastic bag and dry it. High temperature drying can kill the mites. If you spill juice or other liquids into the pillow, you need to wash it with water.
4. The plush cover should be hand-washed or machine-washed. If it is dirty or has not been washed for a long time, put it in the basin and soak it in laundry detergent for half a day before hand-washing or machine-washing. Don't worry, you can add some sanitizer at the end.
5. For those without a zipper, it may be that the stuffing is directly in the plush pillow jacket, and there is no independent cover. It is best not to cut it open, it will be more troublesome, especially when it is stuffed back, it will be very uneven and direct. Throw it in the washing machine or hand wash.
