However, with the continuous improvement of customers' requirements for product printing and environmental protection, many new printing methods have emerged. Here are some mainstream printing methods in the market:
1. Watermark: it is named because it uses water-based elastic glue as the printing medium. It is common in textile printing, also known as printing. When printing, mix the color paste with water-based elastic glue. When developing printing plate, chemical solvent is not used, and water can be directly used for washing. It is characterized by good coloring power, strong covering and fastness, water washing resistance and basically no peculiar smell.
2. Gravure printing: the finished product processed by this method is usually called laminated non-woven bag. This process is divided into two steps, that is, the traditional gravure printing process is used to print the picture and text on the film, and then the film printed with the pattern is compounded on the non-woven fabric by the film covering process. This process is generally adopted for non-woven bags printed with large-area color patterns. It is characterized by exquisite printing, machine production in the whole process and short production cycle. In addition, the product has excellent waterproof performance, and the durability of the finished product is better than that of non-woven bags produced by other processes. Film has bright and matte two options, matte has frosting effect! The disadvantage is that it conflicts with the concept of environmental protection, because the film is difficult to degrade.
3. Heat transfer printing: heat transfer printing belongs to special printing in printing! The method requires an intermediate medium, that is, the picture and text are printed on the heat transfer film or heat transfer paper, and then the pattern is transferred to the cloth by heating the transfer equipment. The common medium in textile printing is heat transfer film. Its advantages are: exquisite printing, rich hierarchical edition, comparable to photos. Suitable for small area color image printing. The disadvantage is that the price is high and the printing cost is high.
